1. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

With first-hand knowledge of the Nigerian business environment, ICS develops solutions for a variety of businesses in every stage of development, ranging from micro-enterprises to multinationals and encompassing many industries including agribusiness, finance, manufacturing, environment and infrastructure. 2. FINANCIAL CONSULTING

3. DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING

ICS assists in developing public sector management packages aimed at strengthening and modernising the machinery of Government through civil service reforms, legal and regulatory reforms, capacity building and decentralisation of authority. Our aim is to increase the Government's ability to enforce laws, manage resources and provide public services efficiently.

Secondly, ICS develops relationships with non-governmental organisations and interest groups, both locally and internationally, for the purpose of advising, implementing or funding of well researched projects or programmes on identified issues such as gender or human rights.

Thirdly, ICS engenders public support for reform using means such as media, public enlightenment campaigns and education.

4. TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT
